In-Law Suites

#1 This In-Law suite project is located in western Waukesha County in the city of Hartland, Wisconsin.
The client had approached us interested in an addition for their mother who been faced with either moving into assisted living or moving in with one of her children. The family decided it would be best suited if Mom still had her own place but wanted the ability to give her the care she needed. This design for the addition includes a full kitchen, Dining room, bed room, full walk in bath with grab bars, living room and plenty of closet space. The exterior of the addition was done to match the existing home.

The client had approached us interested in creating more space for their parents to move into from out of town. With the inability to go out with an addition this design included using the already finished lower level walk out basement as that space. The basement was modified to give the parents a full sized kitchen, bed room with walk in closet, a full sized bath room with walk in shower, living room and laundry area.
